A) Users who don't fully trust their http-connection may want to access this key-presenting page via tor.
Visiting this page via tor is as trustworthy as the tor entry and exit nodes and the path between exit node and my webpage.
You might even do it several times  with new tor connections and check for consistent Ax to remove dependency on a single tor node.
This would give some protection against e.g. your government, your ISP and other possibly malevolent entities on your side.
I frequently visit my own page via tor and (hopefully) would notice if this content were forged by some attacker on my side (tor exit -> german url).

B) I will read some key info to you in this video to convince you it has not been altered by some malevolent entity.(Best to open in a new small window).
