Software projects supervised by Prof. Dr. Sebastian Iwanowski

German website

Software projects may be assigned as study obligations in the bachelor as well as in the master program of computer science. The work load depends on the individual program. I assign projects on occasion corresponding to my fields of interest.

So far, I have supervised four bachelor projects and two master projects:

1) Web services for a tourist information system

2) Calculator for finite fields

3) Ant simulator

4) Teaching evaluation support with the digital pen

5) Hamburg Tourist Information (Demo prototype to be extended)

6) Ant Scout

For 2) and 3), download implementations are available on the corresponding websites. 5) is operated by a public web application run at FH Wedel. The programs for 2) and 5) come with a German instruction interface, the program for 3) comes with an English instruction interface and an English quick user guide. 6) is an extension of 3) to a real map. It is an open source project.
